Can a system administrator limit certain rights on reports so that they can only be executed after office hours?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This question took me into a neutral mode for a minute. I was like how can I achieve these? Certainly I remembered that I have done something that sounds very similar to above query. That was hiding category based on User Rights. Now the challenge was to hide the same for certain amount of time. After a lot of efforts I finally got the solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New Stuff:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/02\/09\/views-and-reports-on-relationships-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Views and Reports on relationships in Sage CRM<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We can take advantage of the fact that reports are grouped into categories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Img1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-11972\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Img1-1024x497.png\" alt=\"Img1\" width=\"595\" height=\"289\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Report Categories are managed by the System Administrator under System Menus. To check the available report categories Admin user have to navigate to below path.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Go to <strong>Administration | Advanced Customization | System Menus<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> An option named as <strong>ReportsTabGroup<\/strong> will be available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Img2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-11973\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Img2-1024x556.png\" alt=\"Img2\" width=\"595\" height=\"323\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here, we can add SQL clause which will control the access. \u00a0For example the Administrator Reports category (System Usage) has the SQL clause. This limits the access to users with the correct rights.<\/p>\n<p><em>SQL Clause: <\/em><strong>User_per_admin=3<\/strong><br \/>\nTaking this as an example we can restrict access to a report category after a certain time by SQL date functions e.g. DATEPART().
