Using GUMU\u2122, a user can promote Sage CRM Company, promote sales order from Sage CRM to Sage 100. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 100 customer flows between Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 on real time depending on your configured settings option in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/08\/30\/synchronization-setting-in-gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GUMU\u2122<\/a> configuration.<\/p>\n<p>If under certain cases, due to some glitch, data is not synced between Sage CRM and Sage 100, then GUMU generates logs for further information in order to identify the actual cause. Please note that Log file path at Sage 100 server vary from system to system but it will be generated in one of the below path-<br \/>\n1) SOA\\GUMU<br \/>\n2) Links<br \/>\n3) AR(MAS Company Code) for e.g. ARABC<br \/>\n4) SO (MAS Company Code) for e.g. ARABC<br \/>\n<strong>At Sage CRM server:<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom Sage CRM server, user can perform below tasks,<br \/>\nB. Promote customer<br \/>\nC. Promote Order<br \/>\nD. Promote Invoice<br \/>\nE. GUMU tabs (AR inquiry\/Order Inquiry\/&lt;&gt;) \/where we are displaying information on real time basis.<br \/>\nF. Import Product<br \/>\nG. Import Customer<br \/>\nH.
