Organizations can track their Customers Country code and Area code in their records. It depends on individual Organization to track Country code and Area code in their records.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/03\/07\/posting-single-invoice-entry-from-sage-crm-for-multiple-shipments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Posting Single Invoice Entry from Sage CRM for Multiple Shipments<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Sage CRM on Phone\/E-mail entry screen, there are Country code and Area code fields which allow Users to enter a Country code and Area code.<\/p>\n<p>The visibility of these fields is configured under System Behavior settings. By default Country code and Area code configurations are set to No in Sage CRM. Based on Organization requirement System Administrator can change the settings by following below steps in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0Go to <strong>Administration<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>System<\/strong>-&gt; <strong>System Behavior<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2)\u00a0Click on \u201c<strong>Change<\/strong>\u201d button to edit the settings.<br \/>\n3)\u00a0Select \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cUse Country Code and Use Area code dropdown.<br \/>\n4)\u00a0Click on <strong>Save<\/strong>. Refer below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Administration.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-12177\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Administration-1024x518.jpg\" alt=\"Administration\" width=\"595\" height=\"301\" \/><\/a>Now when we navigate to Phone\/E-mail entry screen, we will see Country code and Area code fields will be visible on screen.
