Within a simple user interface, you can easily set up rules to automate many of your day-to-day tasks.\u00a0CRM application provides lot of options for workflow automation.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><em>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/03\/29\/generate-sage-300-invoice-from-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Generate Sage 300 Invoice from Sage CRM<\/a><br \/>\nSuppose, we need to highlight status and stage in color format while creating new case. So that user can easily identify or easily get the idea about current case stage and status.<br \/>\nWe can implement this customization by adding client side script in Workflow. Follow below steps to implement the same. FYI, we are referring Case Workflow in below scenario.<br \/>\n1) Go to Administrator <strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong>\u00a0Advance Customization<strong>\u00a0&gt;&gt;<\/strong> Workflow <strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong> Case Workflow.<br \/>\n2) Click on Change Workflow button.<br \/>\n3) Select Queue workflow and set the Rule action as per below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Case_Screen_11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-12486\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Case_Screen_11-1024x112.jpg\" alt=\"Rule action \" width=\"595\" height=\"65\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4) Once \u201cAction\u201d is created, Click on asterisk symbol under the Message Caption new pop up window will get open.
