We have been writing blogs on various process as well as features explored of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a> Outlook Integration. In today\u2019s article, I will share my experience where I have been facing an issue at the time of synchronization thereby left with unsynced outlook items.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New Stuff:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/03\/31\/merging-person-records-from-different-companies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Merging Person records from Different Companies<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently one of my client mistakenly deleted some of the appointment records which were created in Outlook and later on synched with CRM. But as they progressed further and tried to run the sync routine, it kept on giving the alert as shown in below screen shot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/11.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12611\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/11.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"514\" height=\"223\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The alert message clearly stated that CRM Sync process needs confirmation to delete those items from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a> which were marked as deleted from Outlook. As, saying \u2018<strong>No\u2019<\/strong> in above prompt stopped the overall synchronization process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But whenever I tried to progress the sync process by saying \u2018<strong>Yes\u2019<\/strong>, it lead me to new alert message as shown below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12612\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"508\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On reviewing the Skipped Items logs it came to my notice that the User Account who has been facing this issue continuously didn\u2019t have security access rights to delete communication records from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a>.
