Now, through this article I would be explaining you how we can increase the search limit of Keyword Search.<\/p>\n

I was working on company find screen. I entered \u201cYearly<\/strong>\u201d word in \u201ckeyword Search<\/strong>\u201d field. CRM showed me 200<\/strong> records. But when I executed the same query in my \u201cSQL<\/strong>\u201d it displayed 800<\/strong> records. After spending some time on searching such type of issue in Sage Community I got the solution. Solution was very simple you just need to increase the total number of records you want to display in your respective search list. Please find below steps to achieve the same.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Log in to CRM<\/strong>
\n2.<\/strong> Go to Administration | System | Keyword Search<\/strong>
\n3.<\/strong> Set default value under Maximum number of results field as \u201c1000<\/strong>\u201d. Please see below screenshot for reference.<\/p>\n
