As discussed in our previous blog, we are coming with new version of our GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 50 integration with modified and web based UI. Latest version of integration is compatible with both Desktop and Cloud version of Sage CRM.
\nWith this new UI and web based concept, we have added many additional features such as Import Additional Address, Contact,etc. Even now Sage CRM\u00a0user\u00a0can integrate Multiple Sage 50 companies with Same instance of Sage CRM. In this blog we would like to discuss about the additional Address feature which we have added in our integration.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff<\/b>:<\/span>\u00a0Import Invoices from Sage 50 to Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously, in our integration we were only syncing\u00a0\u00a0primary Address\/Contact \u00a0in our integration i.e. Bill to Address of the customers . With this new version, we are also bringing\u00a0ship to Addresses.
\nFor promoting Ship to Address from Sage CRM to Sage 50 user will have to follow below steps
\n1. Create a company along with all the basic details.
\n2. Create a person and Add address to that person.
\n3. Once you run the Promote customer Process, it will Promote this customer where it will set the Primary person as Bill to Contact and the Address for the same Contact will be set as Bill to Address.
\n4. Additional Contact which you have created in Sage CRM will set as New Contact where as the Address for the same Contact will set as Ship to Address.
\nSimilarly, for bringing\u00a0Ship to Address from Sage 50 to Sage CRM it is Mandatory that the Address must be assigned to particular Sage 50 Contact. Once it has been Assigned to any Sage 50 contact it will be added as additional address of contact\/person in Sage CRM.
