In our last post, we discussed about Security Matrix<\/a> feature in GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 500 integration.\u00a0In this blog, we will go through the one time processes which can be run first time after GUMU installation. Below are the list of processes.

New\u00a0Stuff<\/b>:<\/span>\u00a0Synchronization setting in GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 500 Integration<\/a><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s discuss the above processes in more detail.
\nImport Customer:<\/strong><\/span>
\nWhat it does?
\n<\/strong>
\nThis process will import all the Customers from Sage 500 to Sage CRM along with their contacts and addresses.
\nWhen needs to be Run?
\n<\/strong>
\nThe import process should be run after installation and implementing GUMU integration link. Customers updated\/created in Sage 500 will automatically get updated in Sage CRM. Once you have successfully imported all the customer in Sage CRM, there is no need to run this process again since GUMU™ integration link is a real time bi-directional link.
\nImport Product:<\/strong><\/span>
\nImport Product process will bring all the products from Sage 500 to Sage CRM under pricing list named \u201cMAS500 Pricing\u201d. Later, user can use these products to create sales order\u00a0from Sage CRM to Sage 500.
\nSynch Drop Down:<\/strong><\/span>
\nWhat it does?<\/strong>
\nIt will bring all dropdown option values such as sales person, tax schedule, warehouse, terms code etc. from Sage 500 to Sage CRM so that user can create Orders\/Customers with these valid Sage 500 dropdown options values in Sage CRM.
\nWhen needs to be Run?<\/strong>
\nIf any new Options Value is added to Sage 500, the Sage CRM Administrator will have to run the synch dropdown process again in order to add that new value in Sage CRM.
\nPlease run \u201cMeta data refresh\u201d each time after running this process.
