Escalation rules can contain few conditions based on which notifications can be triggered via Email or on screen messages. If you want to enable Escalation for Custom Entity you can refer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/11\/25\/enabling-escalation-feature-for-secondary-entities\/\" target=\"_blank\">Enabling Escalation feature for Secondary Entities<\/a>\u00a0blog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><em>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/09\/21\/control-access-to-merge-to-word-button-in-sage-crm-v7-3-part-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Control Access to Merge to Word button in Sage CRM v7.3 \u2013 Part 2<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While working on a project we created an escalation rule for custom entity and notifications also got triggered successfully. But, it was showing an error message on click of notification saying \u201c<strong>Functionality Not Available, please consult your system administrator.<\/strong>\u201d on notification area as depicted below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1.ErrorScreen.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13249\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1.ErrorScreen.jpg\" alt=\"1.ErrorScreen\" width=\"631\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, to resolve this issue we followed the below steps:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Create an ASP page in <em>&#8220;&lt;CRMinstallationpath&gt;\\WWWRoot\\CustomPages\\\u201d<\/em>. This should be redirected to your desired page.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Add the same ASP page name in <em>\u201cCustom File Name\u201d<\/em> on Escalation screen.
