GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration<\/a> is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. As we have discussed in our previous blog that we are now also integrating Vendors details. i.e.<\/p>\n

1. You can create\/update Vendor from Sage 100\u00a0to Sage\u00a0CRM<\/a>
\n2. You can promote Purchase address from Sage CRM to Sage 100<\/a>
\n3. And you can also import all the vendors from Sage 100 to Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n

This information are stored in Sage CRM companies\/ person \/ Address same as we keep the Sage 100 customers information Sage CRM. Since we store the\u00a0information in the same entity, It may possible that user may get confused whether they are viewing the Customer data or Vendor data.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff<\/b>:<\/em> New Feature in GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration \u00a0– Quick Order Entry<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously, for promoting customers user had to create a company and navigate to Sage 100 Customer tab. Similarly, for promoting a vendor user will have to\u00a0navigate to Sage 100 vendor Tab and promote a vendor.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

In the latest version, this tab (Sage 100 customer and Sage 100 vendor tabs) are not directly accessible\/ Visible to users as we have added additional field\u00a0validation. i.e. Sage 100 type field on company summary screen. User will have to select the Sage 100 ERP type values before they promote customer or Vendor.<\/p>\n
