New\u00a0Stuff<\/b>:<\/span>\u00a0Synchronization\u00a0setting\u00a0in\u00a0GUMU\u00a0for\u00a0Sage\u00a0CRM\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Sage\u00a0500\u00a0Integration<\/a><\/p>\n

Once real time scripts are implemented (Manually\/Imported) in Sage 500 through Customizer module. We need to configure the Sage CRM details, so that real time changes from Sage 500 to Sage CRM should work.
\nPlease follow the below steps:-
\n1.Navigate to the Maintain Customer Screen.
\n2.Click on Finish Button after changing the Customer records from Sage 500 screen.
\n3.On click of Finish button the below screen will be displayed
\n\"Sage<\/a>
\nNote<\/strong>:- Configuration process is one time process, you need to enter the Sage CRM details for the first time after implementing the real time scripts.
\nEnter\u00a0the\u00a0below\u00a0values\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0screen.
\nSage CRM URL<\/strong>:- Enter Sage CRM URL till \u201ceware.dll\u201d.
\nUser Name<\/strong> – Enter Sage CRM admin level user who has web service and external access enabled.
\nPassword<\/strong> – Enter password of above specified Sage CRM user.
\n4. On click of OK button the Sage CRM credentials will be stored in Sage 500 in XML format.
\nOnce you are done with these configurations, Sage 500 to Sage CRM customer data update will start flowing.
