Recently we came across a request from one of our client who asked for a customization related to salesperson mapping in GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 500 Integration. We did this customization with the functionality where the user can make use of Salesperson mapping for linking Sage CRM users with Sage 500 Salesperson. This functionality integrates\u00a0Account Manger field in Sage CRM with Sage 500 Salesperson\u00a0field. Please refer the below screenshot.
\nSteps for Mapping Salesperson: \u2013 For mapping Sage 500 Salesperson with Sage CRM users using GUMU integration,
\n1. \u00a0Go to\u00a0Administration -> SAGE 500 Administration -> \u00a0MAP SAGE 500 Salesperson.

New\u00a0Stuff<\/b>:<\/span>\u00a0Synchronization\u00a0setting\u00a0in\u00a0GUMU\u00a0for\u00a0Sage\u00a0CRM\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Sage\u00a0500\u00a0Integration<\/a><\/p>\n

2. \u00a0If there are more than one companies configured in Sage CRM then Multi-company screen appears and if only one company is configured then Single-company screen appears, select desired Company and click on Next Button.
\n\"Image2\"<\/a>
\n3. \u00a0Find a specific User for whom the mapping is to be done by entering the First name or Last name and click on Find button.
\n\"Image3\"<\/a>
\n4. \u00a0For Mapping multiple users just click on Find button without entering anything in Name textboxes.
\n5. \u00a0MAP the respective Sage 500 Salesperson with Sage CRM users you wish. For eg. Please refer the below screenshot in which I have mapped User System Administrator with Sage 500 Salesperson George Regardis.

\n6.This will map your Sage 500 salesperson field from AR Customers in \u201cBill to\/ship to\u201d tab with Sage CRM account manager\/user field on Company screen bi-directionally. i.e. from above mapped salespersons in the screenshot,
\na.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sage 500 to Sage CRM side:-\u00a0If you import any customer from Sage 500 using\u00a0Import Customer GUMU feature which contains\u00a0George Regardis as a salesperson value.Then in Sage CRM while creating\/updating that company, Account Manger value will be set\u00a0 as\u00a0System Administrator\u00a0as he is the Sage CRM user mapped with\u00a0\u00a0George Regardis in the\u00a0Salesperson Mapping.
\nb.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sage CRM to Sage 500:-\u00a0If you create any new company in Sage CRM and try to promote it to Sage 500 then while promoting that company to Sage 500, it will auto load the Sage 500 salesperson in the salesperson\u00a0field which is already mapped with that company\u2019s Account manager field in person mapping.
