When a contract has been created, it will move through various stages defined in its workflow until it is finally approved. These stages are contained in the workflow and are customisable as per business requirement.<\/p>\n<p>The Workflow rules are follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Editing:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clauses are added to the contract and various changes are made. Once all changes have been made, then the user chooses \u201cEditing Complete\u201d and this will move the contract to the next stage of the workflow &#8211; \u201cDraft 1 Manager Review\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Draft 1 Manager Review:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An automatic email is sent to the approving manager informing him\/her of a contract waiting for their approval. A link is provided in the mail to facilitate speedier access.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Email.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13384\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Email.png\" alt=\"sage crm contact management Email\" width=\"637\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Manager approves and chooses Draft 1 Manager Approve\u201d which then moves the workflow to \u201cDraft 1 Supplier Review\u201d.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Draft 1 Supplier Review:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At this stage, an automatic email has been sent out to the Customer\/supplier with a PDF version of the contract for their review.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Draft 2 Manager Review:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Contract has been approved by the Customer\/Supplier and now is available for final approval.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approved: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This stage represents approval by both parties on the terms and conditions and overall contract in general.
