Company, Person, Lead, Opportunity etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/11\/21\/how-to-modify-fields-caption-and-data-box-alignment-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">How to modify Field\u2019s Caption and Data box alignment in Sage CRM?<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are few cases where user have faced several issues while uploading documents in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM<\/a> one of them is being discussed in this blog which is \u201c<strong>Unable to Connect Server 200<\/strong>\u201d. \u00a0See below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/image11.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/image11-1024x436.jpg\" alt=\"image1\" width=\"595\" height=\"253\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After examining this issue, we came to know that users who are accessing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM<\/a> on static IP address are facing this issue whereas local users were able to upload the documents. Dashboard was also not working on static IP address and it becomes the reason of the same. See below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/image21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13434\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/image21-1024x427.jpg\" alt=\"image2\" width=\"595\" height=\"248\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So to resolve this issue, we have to update the WebConfig file with following given steps.<br \/>\n<strong>1.<\/strong> Go to <strong>CRM<\/strong> installation path. For e.g. <em>D:\\ProgramFiles(x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\Services\\IISUtils\\CRMRewriter<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Take <strong>web.config<\/strong> file backup<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Open this file in notepad<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Replace <strong>{C:1}<\/strong> tag with <strong>localhost<\/strong>.
