In our newer version of GUMU&#x2122; integration, we are coming up with new feature where in user can edit\/update promoted orders from Sage CRM to Sage 100.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New\u00a0Stuff:<\/span><\/em>\u00a0New Feature in GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration \u2013 Edit Order<\/p>\n<p>Today in this blog, we will discuss about troubleshooting tips for resolving an error message related to \u2018Unable to connect MAS\u2019 while configuring GUMU from Sage CRM side in GUMU&#x2122; Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration link.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MASError.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13466\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MASError-1024x275.jpg\" alt=\"MASError\" width=\"595\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nUser may receive this message in GUMU&#x2122; Sage CRM configuration Or in Sage CRM while performing any GUMU integration process.<br \/>\n1. \u00a0If user is upgrading Sage 100 system and Sage 100 installation directory path has changed after the upgrade on same system.<br \/>\n2. If incorrect Sage 100 data path is entered while installing GUMU integration.<br \/>\nFor troubleshooting\/fixing this issue, user will have to check below some points on Sage CRM server under C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64 path.<br \/>\n1. Run odbcad32.exe using \u2018Run as administrator\u2019.<br \/>\n2. Click on System DSN tab-&gt;GUMUMAS90-&gt;Configure as shown in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MAS1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13467 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/MAS1.jpg\" alt=\"MAS1\" width=\"607\" height=\"429\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3. On the click of Configure it will open \u2018ProvideX ODBC Driver Setup\u2019 window.<br \/>\n4. Click on Basic tab and check in \u2018Database Directory\u2019 tab if it is has correct Sage 100 data path. If not replace it with correct data path. Click on Options tab and check in \u2018Prefix in data files\u2019 and \u2018Path to Views DLL\u2019 fields if it contains correct sage 100 data path.
