GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration<\/a> is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa.<\/p>\n

User can easily install GUMU™ Integration link by using Installation Guide. But before installation, we need to make sure of below some points before proceeding further.<\/p>\n

  1. User should take the complete backup of Sage CRM and Sage 100 server systems.<\/li>\n
  2. All Sage 100 users should be out of system during Sage 100 GUMU™ Module Installation\/Upgrade.<\/li>\n
  3. All the Sage 100 processes should be stopped during Sage 100 GUMU™ Installation\/Upgrade.<\/li>\n
  4. Microsoft.NET framework 4.0 should be installed on Sage CRM and Sage 100 server.<\/li>\n
  5. Sage 100 workstation should be installed on the Sage CRM Server.<\/li>\n
  6. GUMU would require single admin level Sage 100 user and single Sage CRM user with complete access.<\/li>\n
  7. If both Sage CRM and Sage 100 are on different server then it should be in same domain network.<\/li>\n
  8. All the GUMU installation should be done in Windows domain admin level user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
