Let me explain this with an example.<br \/>\nSuppose, we have a Person associated with Greytrix Company in CRM which has 2 email addresses added against him. See below screenshot.<br \/>\n<strong>New Stuff<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/12\/21\/sage-crm-business-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sage CRM Business Manager<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG11.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13619\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/IMG11-1024x311.jpg\" alt=\"IMG1\" width=\"595\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow, CRM will automatically tag\/link Company and Person; when we send any email to this person or receive emails from his registered email address. This linking can be seen on every communication list available against respective entities such as Cases, Opportunity, MY CRM , Team CRM etc.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image2.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13620\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image2-1024x403.png\" alt=\"Image2\" width=\"595\" height=\"234\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/image3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-13621\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/image3-1024x280.jpg\" alt=\"image3\" width=\"595\" height=\"163\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBut, when this person send or receive any email communication on a new email address which is not available in CRM then system by default will only create a communication record in CRM. Here, in such communications Company and Person linking will not be available. This becomes difficult for users to identify the correct email.
