We can also enable workflow for Secondary or Custom entities with the help of below article posted by Jeff.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/community.sagecrm.com\/partner_community\/b\/hints_tips_and_tricks\/archive\/2007\/12\/23\/adding-workflow-capability-to-a-secondary-or-custom-entity.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/community.sagecrm.com\/partner_community\/b\/hints_tips_and_tricks\/archive\/2007\/12\/23\/adding-workflow-capability-to-a-secondary-or-custom-entity.aspx<\/a><br \/>\nWell, one of our client came with a requirement that, he has some business process which revolves around Quote entity. So we need to incorporate by enabling workflow. For this, we moved to <strong>Administration | Advanced Customization | Workflow<\/strong> and created <strong>Quotes Workflow<\/strong>. Then at the time of creating workflow rules we came to know that, <strong>Quotes Table<\/strong> is not available in the Table selection as displayed in below screenshot.<br \/>\n<strong>New Stuff:&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/12\/27\/company-and-person-tagging-in-email-in-and-out-communications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Company and Person Tagging in Email In and Out communications<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Quote1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13626\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Quote1.jpg\" alt=\"Quote1\" width=\"935\" height=\"539\"><\/a><br \/>\nSo, to enable the same we followed below steps:<br \/>\n1. Updated the metadata table &#8220;Custom_SysParams&#8221; with the help of below query.<br \/>\n<em>update Custom_SysParams set parm_value=&#8217;Y&#8217; where Parm_Name=&#8217;AllowWorkflowForQA&#8217;<\/em><br \/>\n2.
