Recently, we have observed an issue while Promoting Quote to an Order. The error message says <strong>\u201cNegative Inventory levels are not allowed for item 1293030 at location Mumbai\u201d<\/strong>. See screenshot below.<br \/>\n<strong>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/12\/29\/enable-workflow-against-quotes-entity-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Enable Workflow against Quotes entity in Sage CRM<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image1.jpg\" alt=\"Image1\" width=\"828\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nOn examining this issue, we got to know that user has quoted an Item which is not tagged for a particular Location in ERP or we can say Item is not sell-able under this Location. So, to rectify this we have complete the configuration in ERP using below steps.<br \/>\n1. Login into Sage 300 ERP<br \/>\n2. Go To Inventory Control<br \/>\n3. Select Location Details option from List<br \/>\n4. Enter your Item Number and Click on Find button<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image31.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13636\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Image31.jpg\" alt=\"Image3\" width=\"598\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n5. Now, you will get entire list of Locations.<br \/>\n6.
