As we all know Sage CRM<\/a> comes with various features which help every users in many ways. Likewise, report section is useful for them who need to track their performance or other information.<\/p>\n

New Stuff<\/em>:\u00a0<\/strong>Migrate Users from Salesforce to Sage CRM<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We have seen multiple instances where users have a habit of to create records by inputting common keywords in leads, opportunities or cases. This at the end generate heap of duplicate\/common records which does not help in identifying the correct record. So, if we want to remove multiple records from report output then we can apply distinct values condition.<\/p>\n

To do the same, we have to follow below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Login into Sage CRM<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Reports<\/strong> section and select Report from category.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Edit<\/strong> or Pencil button.<\/li>\n
  4. In edit report screen, tick the \u201cSelect Distinct Values\u201d<\/strong><\/em> checkbox as shown in below image.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on Continue<\/strong> button and Save<\/strong> report to see distinct records.
