User can promote Sage CRM Company, promote sales order from Sage CRM to Sage 500. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 500 customer flows between Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 500 on real time depending on your configured settings option in\u00a0GUMU™\u00a0configuration.<\/p>\n

If under certain cases, due to some issue, data is not synced between Sage CRM and Sage 500, then GUMU generates logs for further information in order to identify the actual cause. These logs are generated at different locations on our system on the basis of integration processes which we will be discussing today in this blog.
\nAt Sage 500 server:<\/strong>
\nFrom Sage 500 server, user can Create\/update customer from Sage 500 to Sage CRM on real time basis. While creating\/updating records from Sage 500 to sage CRM, logs for above process are generated in below folder of Sage 500 installation directory.

\nFrom Sage CRM server, user can perform below tasks,

\nc. Real time Sage CRM to Sage 500 changes
\nFor above 3 processes GUMU creates logs at the below path of GUMU installation directory assuming GUMU is installed in C:\\ drive.
