It has been an amazing day today as I was aware that it would be one of the shortest topic ever written on any CRM <\/a>feature. Well, today we will see about how we can hide\/show dashboard tab from CRM <\/a>using one of the below scenarios.
\nNew Stuff:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em>Align field data to Right Hand Side on Edit and Summary Screen<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>
\nScenario 1: Disabling Dashboard Tab for All Users<\/strong>
\nIf Dashboard needs to be disabled for all the users then below steps can be followed.
\n1. Login to Sage CRM<\/a>
\n2. Go To Administration | System | System Behavior<\/strong>
\n3. Click on Change<\/strong> button
\n4. Select \u201cNo\u201d<\/strong> option from Dashboard Enabled field
\n5. Click Save<\/strong> button
\n6. Logoff and Login to Sage CRM<\/a>
\nScenario 2: Disabling Dashboard Tab for Specific Users<\/strong>
\nIf Dashboard needs to be disabled for specific users then below steps can be followed.
\n1. Login to Sage CRM<\/a>
\n2. Go To Administration |Advanced Customization | System Menu |Users<\/strong>
\n3. Select Dashboard<\/strong> option from list
\n4. Enter Value in below given field<\/p>\n

SQL= User_userid=1<\/strong><\/em>
\nOR<\/strong><\/em>
\nSQL= user_primarychannelid=1<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

5. Click on Update and Save<\/strong> button
\n6. Go To Administration | Customization | Company | tabs<\/strong>
\n7. Select Dashboard<\/strong> option from list
\n8. Enter Value in below given field<\/p>\n

SQL= User_userid=1<\/strong><\/em>
\nOR<\/strong><\/em>
\nSQL= user_primarychannelid=1<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

9. Click on Update and Save<\/strong> button
