As the refresh rate increases, the image becomes clearer. The refresh method is used almost in every application or system but in a different way.<br \/>\nOn other hand, this refresh method sometimes create a problem in application e.g. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a>. We have seen Multiple Cases with Same Reference ID being created in CRM just because of Refresh method. See the records from Database in the below snapshot.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2017\/03\/16\/mask-a-text-field-into-time-format-mmss-using-jquery\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mask a Text Field into Time Format (MM:SS) using jQuery<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG001-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13958\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/IMG001-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"369\" height=\"96\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAfter doing some research, we got to know that it was happening due to immediate page refresh of newly created case. The Refresh Events on page are as mentioned below-<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Mouse Right click \u2013 Reload\/Refresh option<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Browsers Reload button<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Pressing F5 key from keyboard<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Pressing Ctrl + R<br \/>\nOne more thing we noticed here is if we click on the <strong>Summary Tab<\/strong> of newly created case and once the page is reloaded then multiple cases will not be created. So, to prevent this issue we\u2019d written <strong>JQuery<\/strong> code with the help of <strong>Key Values<\/strong> from the URL.<br \/>\nBy using this code, the Case Summary Tab will get clicked automatically once the record is saved.
