We can always customize our GUMU as per client\u2019s requirement. Recently we came across a customization request from our client which was to provide an option in Sage CRM where user can see Quantity On hand information for a particular item from Sage 100 on Real time basis.<\/p>\n

We achieved this customization and details of the same are given below,<\/p>\n

1.The requirement was to show the below screen of Sage 100 in Sage CRM with the functionality to select Item and warehouse and get the Quantity details respectively.
\n\"\"<\/a>2. So in Sage CRM, we provided a custom Tab on the company screen named as \u2018Quantity On Hand\u2019 which will display below screen.
\n\"\"<\/a>3. As shown in the above screen user will be able to select Product and Warehouse. After selecting values in both fields and clicking on Item Details button Quantity on hand data will be shown same in Sage CRM as displayed in below screenshots.<\/p>\n

4. User will be able to see the data as per the selected ITEM and warehouse. If only Product is selected and warehouse is kept blank then data will be shown for all the warehouses.
