By default, when you click on Export to file<\/strong> button it retrieves some standard set of columns in the document. Taking the example of Quotes Search Screen, on clicking Export to File button columns visible in below grid will be extracted in Excel file as well.

\nSuppose, you want to add some extra columns in exported file of Quote. You can follow below steps to achieve the same –<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Administration -> Customization -> Quotes -> Lists -> Quotes Grid<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Add the columns you wanted to add in the list and save.
    \nGo to Find -> Quote<\/strong> and click on find button.

  3. Then click on Export to file<\/strong> button. After retrieving the file you can see that the columns which we have added in the above list are also visible.
