In this blog we are going to discuss new out of box feature which we have added on communication screen to notify users about their tasks via email.<\/p>\n

New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span>GUMU™ Integration is compatible with new Sage X3 v11 along with Sage CRM 2017 R1<\/a><\/p>\n

We have added Email to Resources button on Team CRM screen which sends email to resources containing details about their scheduled meeting\/tasks on their registered mail id.<\/p>\n

The idea is that superior user can assign task to their resources. The assigned task will be visible on MY CRM\/Team screen when assigned user logs into the system. Superior user can view the task on My CRM screen.
\nTo notify the assigned Users about the assigned task we have added this enhancement in Sage CRM, which is an out of box feature.<\/p>\n
