However some issue which were encountered in Sage CRM7.2 version were been resolved in the upcoming patches.<\/p>\n<p>However, after upgrading Sage CRM from 7.2 d patch to Sage CRM 7.2.I patch we tried assigning multiple Display Team for a particular user in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14353\" style=\"width: 605px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14353\" class=\"size-large wp-image-14353\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/1-1024x485.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"595\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-14353\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">User Details Screen<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On saving the User details page we received <strong>\u2018unexpected event error\u2019 <\/strong>message as below.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14354\" style=\"width: 588px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14354\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14354\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"369\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-14354\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Unexpected Event error Screen<\/p><\/div>\n<p>However on investigating we observed the below error message in the SQL Logs.<br \/>\n<strong>SQL Error: Cannot insert the value NULL into column &#8216;ChLi_ChannelLinkId&#8217;, table &#8216;CRM.dbo.Channel_Link&#8217;; column does not allow nulls. <\/strong><br \/>\nThis particular issue can be resolved by following the below steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to your SQL CRM database<\/li>\n<li>Execute the below Update Query.<br \/>\n<em>UPDATE custom_tables<br \/>\n<\/em><em>SET bord_idfield = &#8216;ChLi_ChannelLinkId&#8217;<br \/>\n<\/em><em>WHERE bord_caption = &#8216;Channel_Link&#8217;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Perform Metadata refresh from Sage CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Perform IISRESET.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now re-check if you are able assigning multiple Display Team for a particular user.
