This gets created automatically while installing Sage CRM. However, the created filter did not function which in result affected the functioning of Sage CRM application.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2017\/06\/30\/additional-emails-notifications-in-sage-crm-v7-3\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Additional Emails Notifications in Sage CRM v7.3<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Problem Details: <\/strong><br \/>\nBelow message appears on screen when we try to open Sage CRM.<br \/>\n<strong>HTTP Error 500.0 \u2013 Internal Server Error<\/strong><br \/>\nCalling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter \u201cC:\\Program Files (x86)\\Common Files\\Sage\\Sage 300 ERP\\Tomcat\\Jakarta\\isapi_redirect.dll\u201d failed<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14532\" style=\"width: 623px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" Error<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On investigating further we got a solution where we had to manually re-create the SageAccpacUrlRedirector ISAPI filters in this blog we will be explaining the steps to be performed for re-creating the SageAccpacUrlRedirector ISAPI filter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start IIS Management Console from Administrative tools.\n<p><div id=\"attachment_14533\" style=\"width: 563px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14533\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/2.jpg\" alt=\"IIS Management Console \" width=\"553\" height=\"271\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-14533\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">IIS Management Console<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Go to default website and select ISAPI Edit\n<p><div id=\"attachment_14535\" style=\"width: 571px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14535\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14535\" \/>\nBefore deleting the ISAP Filter just make sure you note down the below details<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Filter name<\/li>\n<li>Executable Path of <strong>dll<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_14536\" style=\"width: 577px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Filter<\/p><\/div>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Now just restart IIS and start Sage CRM and check if it working fine.<\/li>\n<li>Next, go to <strong>IIS |Default Website | ISAPI Filter<\/strong> and click on <strong>Add<\/strong> button to add ISAPI Filter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div id=\"attachment_14537\" style=\"width: 585px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a
