In GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage X3 integration<\/a>, we have provided with feature where user can create Sage CRM\u00a0grids<\/a>,\u00a0panels\u00a0<\/a>to display information from Sage X3 on real time basis. We had seen this in our previous blogs.
\nIn this blog, we will discuss how to create Web Service Sub programs (interface) in Sage X3 so that we can use it in Sage CRM for creating Lists\/Grids. These Grids will display information from Sage X3 using GUMU customizer on real time basis.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Pre\u2013 Requisites for installing GUMU for sage CRM- Sage ERP X3<\/a><\/p>\n

Below are the steps to create Web Service Sub programs (interface) on Sage X3. Please note that, for doing this Sage X3 web service pool should be already configured and working in Sage X3 as a pre-requisite.
\n1. Log in to Sage X3.
\n2. Navigate to Development<\/strong>->Safe X3 WAS<\/strong> ->Safe X3 Link<\/strong>->Interface<\/strong>.
\n\"\"<\/a>3. Click on\u00a0New\u00a0<\/strong>button and enter the appropriate\u00a0Interface Code<\/strong>\u00a0(sub-program name) and\u00a0Description\u00a0<\/strong>that would be used for Grids in GUMU customizer.
\n\"\"<\/a>4. Keep Type as \u201cGenerated access to table<\/strong>\u201d.
\n5. Select\u00a0Table Code<\/strong> from which you want to display data into Grid in Sage CRM using GUMU™ customizer.
\n6. Enter the value into Publication Name<\/strong> field. It should be same as that of Interface Code<\/strong>.
\n7. Once done click on Create<\/strong> button, this will get the interface created into Sage X3.
\n6. After creating interface, click on Generate Access<\/strong>. Here those fields can be selected which user wants to access from Sage CRM. Click on the check boxes to select the fields and then click on OK<\/strong> button.
\n\"\"<\/a>7. Now click on validation to validate the changes.
\n8. Navigate to Development<\/strong>->Script<\/strong> Dictionary<\/strong>>Scripts<\/strong>->Web<\/strong> Services<\/strong>.
\n9. Search for the Web service sub-program which we created above. Click on the\u00a0Publication\u00a0<\/strong>button to publish it. Once it is published, you can use it in our GUMU™ customizer to display data in Sage CRM List\/Grid screens.<\/p>\n
