GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage ERP\u2019s to Sage CRM and vice versa. Today in this blog, we will discuss about troubleshooting tips for resolving an error message related to \u2018Unable to find Sage CRM credentials, set it now?\u2019 Which occur in any real time processing in Sage 100.<\/p>\n

Generally this message occur on Sage 100 server when,
\n1. If user setup new company code in Sage 100 and copied all the data from company code which is integrated with Sage CRM and for which GUMU™ module was activated.<\/p>\n

2. This may also occurs in case, GUMU module is activated but below #e step of updating Newsystem$ column is not followed.<\/p>\n

To resolve this issue,
\n1. First check in Sage 100 whether, GUMU module is activated for the company for which you are getting the error.<\/p>\n

2. If GUMU™ module is not activated then you can follow below steps to activate it correctly.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 a. Take complete backup of Sage 100.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 b. Login into Sage 100 application.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 c. Navigate to \u201cLibrary Maintenance->Main->Company Maintenance\u201d screen for the specified company (e.g.ABC).<\/p>\n

d.Now open the \u201cLibrary Master-> Utilities->Data File Display\u201d screen and select \u201cGT_Options\u201d table file from \u201cMAS_ABC\\GTABC\u201d folder.<\/p>\n

e. Edit the \u201cNewSystem$\u201d column value of \u201cGT_Options.M4T\u201d table to “N” and click Ok.<\/p>\n

3. Please note that, above step should be done only for Sage 100 with PROVIDEX version. For SQL version of Sage 100, we will have to update the GT_Options table\u2019s NewSystem column from Y to N.
