GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage X3 integration<\/a> is a real-time bi-directional link where user can update the information from Sage CRM to Sage X3 and vice versa. In GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage X3 integration, user can sync all the customers, products from Sage X3 to Sage CRM using the Import process. Sage CRM user can see all the invoice history data and open orders sales data from Sage CRM on real time basis.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff:<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>Pre\u2013 Requisites for installing GUMU for sage CRM- Sage ERP X3<\/a><\/p>\n

Today in this blog, we will discuss about error message which user may come across while configuring the Sage CRM with Sage X3 using GUMU integration.
\nError Message :-<\/strong>
\nWhile configuring GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 Integration from Sage CRM side, user may face a below error message. Please refer below screenshot,
\n\"Configuration\"<\/a>Solution –<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Please make sure Sage X3 SQL server is accessible from and Sage CRM SQL server and Sage CRM server.<\/li>\n
  2. When new GUMU version is installed, it also installs Linked server with name GUMUCRMX3 in Sage CRM SQL Server. Please check all the parameters provided to above linked server are correct.<\/li>\n
  3. The above Error is occurred when Sage CRM is not able to connect with Sage X3 SQL server.<\/li>\n
  4. Please check if Test connection of above Link server in SQL is successful. You can test the link server by referring below screenshot. It should return the successful message.
    \n    \"Test<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Once the Test Connection of Linked server is succeeded, user can configure GUMU™ Integration from Sage CRM side and above error should be fixed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
