GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration<\/a> is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. In our GUMU™ integration, we keep on adding new features which are very helpful for your business process and users.<\/p>\n

Today in this blog, we will discuss Back Order functionality for quotes. In our newer version of GUMU™ integration, we are coming up with a new feature wherein user can create a quote with type \u2018Back Order<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

New Stuff:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Promote Order using GUMU™ Integration if Credit Limit is exceeded<\/a><\/p>\n

We have added a new field on quote screen name as Type, where the user can select which type of quote they want to create.\"Back<\/a>If the user has created a quote with type as Backorder then, while adding a line item, the user will have to enter Backorder quantity on the line entry screen for particular quote otherwise cost won\u2019t get calculated for that line item.<\/p>\n

\"Quote<\/a><\/p>\n

E.g. If user has entered quantity as 3 and Backorder quantity as 2 then, the price for that item will get calculated as per the quantity entered in back order quantity.<\/p>\n

\"Quote\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Once this Quote with Type \u2018Back Order\u2019 gets created, a user can convert it into Order and later promote it into Sage 100.<\/p>\n
