Clicking this button you can <strong>select the template <\/strong>for the mail merge and move ahead with merging the <strong>Quote Line Items<\/strong> in the <strong>word document<\/strong>. Suppose, you dont want the <strong>word document <\/strong>being generated here and you want <strong>PDF <\/strong>document instead then here is our <strong>component <\/strong>named <strong>Export To PDF<\/strong> which does the same.<\/p>\n<p>Installing this component will display a button named <strong>Export to PDF <\/strong>on the <strong>Quote Summary Screen <\/strong>(please refer the <strong>screenshot <\/strong>below). Clicking this button will genrate the <strong>PDF <\/strong>document instead of the <strong>word document <\/strong>as explained in the case above.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_A6_b0zkYeSY\/Sjcgf9QAeZI\/AAAAAAAAAbw\/CInio9bFbMg\/s1600-h\/untitled.JPG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5347778815915489682\" style=\"DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 178px; TEXT-ALIGN: center\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_A6_b0zkYeSY\/Sjcgf9QAeZI\/AAAAAAAAAbw\/CInio9bFbMg\/s400\/untitled.JPG\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We just need to create an <strong>Email template <\/strong>with the desired <strong>structure <\/strong>in the <strong>Email templates <\/strong>section of <strong>Sage CRM<\/strong>.
