The Title of main <strong>topic of discussion<\/strong> is on the <strong>top<\/strong> and there is the <strong>plus<\/strong> sign clicking which we get the <strong>tree view<\/strong> of all the previous communications regarding that particular <strong>topic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRM<\/strong> also has the <strong>Communications<\/strong> feature built in. We can maintain the link in <strong>Communications<\/strong> by creating <strong>follow-up tasks<\/strong>. Why not have tree view structures as explained above in CRM so that we can have a track of an entire <strong>communication<\/strong> thread for that particular <strong>topic<\/strong>? We have a <strong>component<\/strong> which does the same.
