In the earlier post we discussed how we can change the format of the case reference number. But it is still a combination of current user login id and the custom part, something like this: 1-10092 or 28-10092<\/p>\n<p>You can also remove prefix (i.e. user id) which is included in case reference number. In order to achive this you have to modify the SQL stored procedure called eware_default_values.
