Although, there have been a knowledgebase in order to tackle these issues; causes of the error differs in its own way.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff<\/strong>:<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2018\/09\/11\/display-3-line-menu-feature-in-sage-crm-2018-r2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Display 3 Line Menu Feature in SAGE CRM 2018 R2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In this blog also, we will be discussing one such scenario due to which working of Export to Excel or Dashboard failed in CRM. We checked all the suggestions written in the earlier blogs to overcome this issue, but no luck.<\/p>\n<p>On checking the <strong>Tomcat<\/strong> logs we found some strange or say a new type of error being reported. This made us move towards the <strong>Users<\/strong> section, wherein we had created a new user account with logon name <em>\u2018Admin\u2019<\/em> and disabled the previous one. We updated the logon name and thus for now we had only one user account with logon name as Admin. We refreshed the Dashboard tab\/page and Bingo!
