You can create groups for all the Main entities including new custom main entities. You can manage security access rights for all the Primary entities across the organization by setting up Security Profiles and if required, Territories. Using Security management, we can restrict the data in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sage CRM<\/a>. As you can see in above screenshot, all the persons of a group are visible, irrespective of territory of user. What, if we want to restrict the data based on Securities applied in CRM? Well we can do this by following below steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. Login to <strong>Sage CRM<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Go to <strong>Administration -&gt; Users -&gt; User Configuration<\/strong>.<br \/>\n3.
