In Sage CRM, all tabs are placed horizontally. However in Sage CRM 2018 R2 onwards there is configuration within Sage CRM such that you can change appearance of Tabs within Sage CRM.<\/p>\n

New Stuff:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Insights of Billing and Shipping addresses within Sage CRM Order Entry Screen<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Consider My CRM tab group which looks like as shown below in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n

Note, all tabs are placed beside each other. Now suppose you want to change the appearance of this tabs as vertically then you just need to follow below steps.<\/p>\n

1. Click on 3 dots (highlighted in red) available in front of the tab group for which you want to change the appearance.<\/p>\n

2. Once you click on 3 dots, below screen will appear in a new pop up window.<\/p>\n

3. You will observe there is Display Tab and Add to More columns.<\/p>\n

4. Now check the checkbox into Add to More column of all Tab Name excluding Dashboard and click on Save<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

5. If you try to select all Tab Name for Display Tab and click on Save button, you will get a message saying \u201cAt least one tab must be visible\u201d.<\/p>\n

6. Once saved, you will observed that More tab is added at the end of the My CRM tab group and on Mouse hover of More, all tabs are placed vertically as shown below.\"My<\/p>\n

With this configuration, you can apply same behavior on for selected tab groups or all of the tab groups. Hope this helps!<\/p>\n
