Before stepping into the troubleshooting the Tomcat service, make sure the service is currently running. This can be checked by below provided steps &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Go to Run | type <strong>Services.msc<\/strong> | search for <strong>Apache Tomcat CRMTomcat6\/CRMTomcat7<\/strong> and check status as Running.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff<\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2018\/10\/01\/creating-and-sending-consent-emails-in-sage-crm-2018-r2\/\">Creating and Sending consent emails in Sage CRM 2018 R2<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Points to be Troubleshoot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tomcat Port<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>JavaPath<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DB: properties and regedit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tomcat Port <\/strong>\u2013 By executing below query on CRM database you can verify the Port with sdata URL Rewrite.<\/p>\n<p>select * from Custom_SysParams where Parm_Name like &#8216;%CRMTomcatPort%&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1.jpg\" alt=\"URL Rewrite\" width=\"1036\" height=\"642\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1.jpg 1036w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1-768x476.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1-1024x635.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/1-660x409.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1036px) 100vw, 1036px\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>JavaPath <\/strong>\u2013 JavaPath is one of the major factor that needs to be checked. This can be achieved by executing below query on CRM database where you can get the JavaPath which needs to exist in provided directory.<\/p>\n<p>select * from Custom_SysParams where Parm_Name like &#8216;%JavaPath%&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>You will get the JavaPath in <strong>parm_value<\/strong> column after executing above query. To check if the path is correct, type that path in windows Run and hit enter. This will redirect to the CRM services Folder if exists.
