GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage EM integration<\/a> is a real-time bi-directional integration between Sage CRM and Sage EM enables users to access customer, invoice and order information from either of these two systems.<\/p>\n

New\u00a0Stuff:\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Pre\u2013 Requisites for GUMU Sage CRM – Sage EM Integration<\/a><\/p>\n

We are releasing new latest version (v1.2) of GUMU CRM – X3 Connector wherein we have incorporated below new enhancements\/fixes.<\/p>\n

1. Creating Quotes and Orders for Prospects (Non Promoted Customers) using GUMUX3 connector<\/strong><\/span>
\nUsing this feature, users can create quote\/order for prospects (non promoted customer) in Sage CRM. In order to create quote\/order and load the price for non-promoted customer, user will have to set a dummy customer in GUMU™ Configuration which should exist in Sage EM and will be used for fetching pricing detail from Sage EM. 2. Discount functionality on Quote\/Order Item in Sage CRM<\/strong><\/span>
\nUsing this feature, user can create quote and order in Sage CRM by adding discounts on line item level and later on can promote quote and order into Sage EM. The discount amount will get promoted into Discount 1 field of Sage EM. Discount will be calculated either on Percentage or Amount which will be applied on line item directly. It is applied as per it is defined in Sage EM under pricing structure in Discount 1 field. If user set percentage in Discount 1 field of pricing structure in Sage EM then discount will be calculated as per percentage and if user set amount in Discount 1 field of pricing structure in Sage EM then discount will be calculated as per amount.<\/p>\n

3. Synching data of Statistical Groups from Sage EM to Sage CRM<\/strong><\/span>
\nUser can synch the values of statistical groups i.e. Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 fields. Once the data is synchronized using Synchronize dropdown feature, user can create and promote customer from Sage CRM to Sage EM using statistical group fields.<\/p>\n
