Sometime due to some wrong configurations, you may observe some failure in loading the pages where custom development is done using the ASP page. In our blog, we will be discussing the failure related to Disallowed Parent Path which is occurred while loading ASP page screen in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n

You might have come across error message \u201cDisallowed Parent Path\u201d as displayed in below screenshot.<\/p>\n

\"Disallowed<\/a>This issue is occurred because the Parent Paths of ASP page in IIS Manager is False. To update the parent path of ASP page to True you can refer the below mentioned steps provided.<\/p>\n

  1. Open IIS manager in Administrative mode.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the Sage CRM instance name from Sites\/Default Web Site page tree.<\/li>\n
  3. Double click on ASP Icon.<\/li>\n
  4. Later set Enable Parent Path to True.<\/li>\n
  5. Next, click on Apply to save the changes.

    Once done refresh the Sage CRM page this will resolved the Enable Parent Path<\/strong> issue occurred.<\/p>\n
