There are 2 ways to do this, escalation rules or Quick notifications.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2018\/11\/20\/highlight-date-column-in-sage-crm-grid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Highlight Date Column in Sage CRM Grid<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a> 2017 onwards, On Screen Notifications can be seen with a new tab at the right hand side corner. In this area, notification from all the entities can be viewed. Sometimes, it gets difficult to distinguish between notifications as too many of them are available in the same context. So, in order to avoid such confusion we can format the notification content using HTML syntax.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s follow the below steps to format the notification content of <strong>\u201cHigh Value Opportunity\u201d<\/strong> notification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Login to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Go to <strong>Administration -&gt; Customization -&gt; Translations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> In Caption Code, write <strong>\u201cNotifyHighValueOppoWon\u201d<\/strong> and search.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Open the translation and change the <strong>\u201cUS Translation\u201d<\/strong> as follows:<\/p>\n<p><em>&lt;I&gt;&lt;B&gt;High Value Opportunity won:&lt;\/B&gt; Opportunity &lt;B&gt;&lt;font face=&#8221;verdana&#8221; color=&#8221;green&#8221;&gt;#oppo_description#&lt;\/font&gt;&lt;\/B&gt; assigned to #oppo_assigneduserid# forecast value &lt;B&gt;&lt;font face=&#8221;verdana&#8221; color=&#8221;red&#8221;&gt;#oppo_forecast#&lt;\/font&gt;&lt;\/B&gt; has been won.&lt;\/I&gt;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Notifications rely on tomcat service.
