Launch of Sage CRM<\/a> 2018 R2 has come up with the new feature known as \u201cMass Delete\u201d<\/strong> against Groups. You all must be aware of \u201cMass Update\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cUpdate Territory\u201d<\/strong> functionality available against Group through which we can update specific data and territory of all records present against group respectively. In our previous blog, we have mentioned the configuration setting to avail this functionality against group. Refer below blog link for the same.<\/p>\n

Mass Delete<\/strong> feature will be available for the groups created for Person<\/strong> and Lead<\/strong> entity only. Using this feature you can delete the Documents and Communications from the records in a group.<\/p>\n

Below are the steps to be followed to perform Mass Delete.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> Login to My CRM<\/strong>.
\n2.<\/strong> Go to My CRM -> Groups -> Click on the Group Name hyperlink<\/strong> against which Mass Delete needs to be performed and click on \u201cMass Delete\u201d<\/strong> button as shown in below screenshot.<\/p>\n

\n3.<\/strong> As soon as Mass Delete button is clicked, below screen will get displayed. Check the check boxes against items to delete and click on Delete button.<\/p>\n

\n4.<\/strong> Finally user will get Confirmation window and on click of OK button, Mass Delete operation will get executed.<\/p>\n

\n5.<\/strong> After this a Confirmation Page is displayed, which shows the no. of records deleted.<\/p>\n

\nIn this way, you can perform Mass Delete operation for Lead entity also.<\/p>\n
