During Data Upload routine, recently we came across another issue. In this blog, we will discuss what the issue was and how it has been resolved.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff:<\/em><\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2019\/02\/19\/unable-to-upload-file-in-sage-crm\/\">Unable to Upload File in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Recently we came across warning message saying \u201c<em>CRM is unable to proceed with this data upload as the Tomcat Server appears to be stopped<\/em>\u201d. As message suggested, we check if Tomcat Service was stopped. But we found that Tomcat service was running as expected.<\/p>\n<p>However after some research we found that, this issue was related to configuration. Below are the steps that we have followed to get this resolve.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to Administration | E-mail and Documents | Documents &amp; Reports Configuration<\/li>\n<li>Change \u201cReport Generator maximum Memory (MB)\u201d value from 2048 to 1024.
