GUMU for Sage CRM integration with Sage (MAS 90\/200) 100 ERP is available in two flavors
\nGUMU MAS<\/a> : A realtime, bi-directional multi-company integration which integrates your standalone Sage CRM and Sage 100 systems. \u00a0You can access this integration from\u00a0outside network through static IP.
\nGUMU MAS EES<\/a> : With this you can have both the integration features from EES as well as from GUMU integration.
\nIn this blog, we will be discussing the manual process one has to follow for disabling\/removing the Sage CRM \u2013 Sage MAS 90\/200 EES integration link.
\nImportant Note – Please ensure you take proper complete backups before following these steps.\u00a0<\/strong>
\nThe steps to unlink the Sage EES link are as follows:-
\nI. Before starting, make sure to take backup of Sage CRM database and MAS 90\/200 (Sage 100 ERP) Database.
\nII. Breaking existing EES integration link (we will start with the Sage MAS i.e. Sage 100 side)
\n1. In Sage MAS 90\/200 (Sage 100 ERP) go to <\/strong>Library Master module -> Company Maintenance<\/strong> options
\n\"\"<\/a>
\n2.\u00a0Select the company which is integrated with your Sage CRM. And select the Remove <\/strong>option.
\n\"\"<\/a>
\n3. For disabling EES link with corresponding Sage CRM, remove the \u201c Customer Relationship Management<\/strong>\u201d module from the Company <\/strong>as shown in below screen
\n\"\"<\/a>
\nThus, with this you have successfully disabled the Sage EES link from Sage MAS side. Now, in order to install the GUMU integration link you have to disable the Sage EES link, from the sage CRM side as well.
