GUMU™ for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration is real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This GUMU™ integration link is completely customizable to accommodate your custom requirement. One of our client had such requirement where he wanted to view Sage 100 Memo\u2019s (AR customer Memos) in Sage CRM on Quote\/Order screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff:<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong> New Feature in GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration \u2013 Find Inventory<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Sage 100, there is concept of Memo\u2019s which are kind of reminders while creating customers, orders, items etc. Memos can be created while creating customer or sales orders. Refer below screenshot,<\/p>\n\n\n

Client wanted to view these memos in Sage CRM under Quote\/Order screen. For doing this, we added Memo<\/strong> button on Quote\/Order screen. Refer below screenshot,<\/p>\n\n\n

Using this button, it will display the list of AR Memo\u2019s (Refer below screenshot) of that particular customer for which user will be creating Quote\/Order in Sage CRM. If there are multiple memos defined in Sage 100, all will be displayed.  <\/p>\n\n\n

Once list gets displayed, user can click on any Memo Code which will display Memo description, Date and Memo text information. Refer below screenshot,<\/p>\n\n\n
