A new version of the GUMU™ integration component has been introduced to integrate Sage CRM and Sage 300 v2018 onward. This new Sage CRM – Sage 300 integration<\/a> has a much simpler architecture and is simpler in terms of setup compared to the old integration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><\/font>Solution for Running Reports in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHowever,\nin the new version, Sage 300 Administration has replaces the previous Classic\nASP integration pages with an integration that leverages the Sage CRM .NET API.\nHence, if you have planned to upgrade from the old version to the new version\nyou need to make sure the below configuration setting is done after the\nupgrade.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\nEnabling Web API Access for Admin user: <\/strong>\n

  1. Navigate to Sage 300 Install path.For example if you have installed Sage 300 in E drive, then navigate to:E:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\Sage 300 ERP\\Online\\Web\\<\/li>
  2. Open Web.config<\/strong> file and search for AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin. <\/strong>Verify that value=true <\/strong>as displayed below.<\/strong>\n<\/br>\"AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin\"<\/a>\n
    Allow WebApi Access For Admin<\/center><\/font><\/li><\/br>\n
  3. Similarly, navigate to the below folder path. <\/li>
  4. E:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\Sage 300 ERP\\Online\\WebApi\\ <\/li>
  5. Open Web.config<\/strong> file and search for AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin. <\/strong>Verify that value=true <\/strong>as displayed below.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\nSage 300 Server name under Database Setup: <\/strong>\n
    1. Login to CRM as Admin User<\/li>\n
    2. Navigate to Admin | Sage 300 ERP Administration and click on Setup Integration<\/li>
    3. Verify Sage 300 ERP Server Name is in format http:\/\/Servername<\/strong> or http:\/\/IPaddress<\/strong> as shown below.\n\"Database<\/a>\n
