GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we can synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our previous blog we had discussed about displaying the YTD and LYTD sales data using import custom fields process Today, we will discuss about how YTD and LYTD sales data can be synced automatically based on windows scheduler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff:<\/em> New Feature in GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration \u2013 Find Inventory<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

User will have to schedule the batch file using Task Scheduler<\/a> which will synch YTD, LYTD and Last Invoice Date data automatically into Sage CRM based on scheduled time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If user wants to keep sales value updated on daily, weekly or monthly basis then user can run scheduler (on daily, weekly or monthly basis ) by scheduling the utility. Before running scheduler, user will have to follow below steps – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.  Edit \u2018SyncCustomFields<\/strong>\u2019\nbat file from C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Greytrix\\GUMU for Sage CRM Server<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Edit the\nbelow details in that file – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Sage CRM URL> –<\/strong> Enter the Sage CRM URL (like\nhttp:\/\/grey087\/CRM2017R3\/eware.dll)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Sage CRM User Name> –<\/strong> Enter Sage CRM username<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Sage CRM Password> –<\/strong> Enter Sage CRM password<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Sage CRM Instance Name> –<\/strong> Enter Sage CRM Instance name<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<Sage 100 company code> –<\/strong> Enter the Sage 100 Company Code which is integrated with GUMU™ Integration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Save the file<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Run \u2018SyncCustomFields\u2019 <\/strong>with Run as Administrator <\/em>which will import YTD sales data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM OR you can schedule under Windows Task Scheduler<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: –<\/strong> Scheduler will work only for 1 Sage 100 Company Code not for multiple Sage 100 Company Codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
