However, recently while working with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Sage CRM (opens in a new tab)\">Sage CRM<\/a> 2018 R3 system we faced unusual UI issues especially with the fields layout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Button Alignment issue on document tab of Custom Entity in Sage CRM (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2019\/11\/15\/button-are-suppressed-while-adding-documents-to-the-contract-manager-record\/\" target=\"_blank\">Button Alignment issue on document tab of Custom Entity in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On installing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/crm-development\/sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Sage CRM  (opens in a new tab)\">Sage CRM <\/a>2018 R3 version, we logged in to the CRM to check if there are any discrepancies and found none. As you can see in below screenshot, Opportunity entry screen looks fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Oppo-Entry-screen-in-standard-system-1024x691.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Oppo-Entry-screen-in-standard-system-1024x691.jpg\" \nalt=\"Opportunity Entry screen in standard system\"><\/a>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Opportunity Entry screen in standard system<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However on integrating the same system with Sage 300, we could find some unusual UI issues with the screen and fields layout as shown in below screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Oppo-Entry-screen-in-integrated-system-1024x692.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Oppo-Entry-screen-in-integrated-system-1024x692.jpg\" \nalt=\"Opportunity Entry screen in integrated system\"><\/a>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Opportunity Entry screen in integrated system<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the major issue that we found was with the Multi-select fields. The selection height of these fields was displayed as 1 Line rather than 5 as per the standard configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Field-view-comparison.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Field-view-comparison.jpg\" \nalt=\"Field view comparison\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Field view comparison<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We checked the field properties as well as tried to alter the Height settings of the multi-select field through the screen settings as shown below, but no luck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Field-and-Screen-Settings-2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Field-and-Screen-Settings-2.jpg\" \nalt=\"Field and Screen Settings\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Field and Screen Settings<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Later we checked the stylesheet used for CRM layout and noticed that the size is set in HTML and the height is set in CSS. As the height was overriding the size, it worked perfectly fine once we comment this out. You can follow below steps to make the changes \u2013 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the&nbsp;ergonomic.css&nbsp;file from the CRM directory which will be located at the path something like:&nbsp;C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM\\WWWRoot\\Themes<\/li><li>Comment out the height line in the &#8220;.VIEWBOXCAPTION .EDIT&#8221; section.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Stylesheet.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Stylesheet.jpg\" \nalt=\"CRM's Stylesheet\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>CRM&#8217;s Stylesheet<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Delete all the Browser cookies and check.
