IIS Manger <br>2. Registry Editor <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To set Specific User to <strong>Application pool identity <\/strong>in IIS Manager.you can refer to the blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2014\/04\/29\/401-unauthorized-access-is-denied-due-to-invalid-credentials-in-sage-crm\/\">401 \u2013 Unauthorized Access is denied due to invalid credentials in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also solve this by giving <strong>Full control <\/strong>rights to the Users by modifying rights into Regedit as explain below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open \u201cRegistry Editor\u201d<\/li><li>Navigate to <strong>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Wow6432Node ->eWare <\/strong> as shown below.<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Image2-4.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Image2-4.png\" alt=\"Eware\"><\/a> <font size=\"2\"><center><i>Eware<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/li><li> Right click on \u201ceWare&#8221; and select <strong>Permission <\/strong>it will open pop up screen as shown below.
